SHIPMENTS:
Once the purchase is made and confirmed, we proceed to prepare the order immediately. The delivery company DHL is responsible for shipping, and within 24/48 hours you will receive your order at home.
In addition, you will like to know that all our units are packaged 100% assembled so that once you receive it you do not have to waste time preparing it. THAT EASY !
RETURNS:
Buying online you do not always have the opportunity to see the product before purchasing it.
Don't worry ! At CUCA BIKE we have added a trial time of 14 days from the moment you receive it. If in that time the product is not what you imagined or does not convince you... nothing happens, you can return it without any commitment and we will refund your money.
You only have to put the product back in its original box and when it is ready we will send the transport company to pick it up at your home.
